“LA CHINGONA”
For my senior thesis project, LA CHINGONA, I set out to create a bold, culturally-rooted brand that celebrates Mexican heritage, family values, and the powerful presence of matriarchal influence. Drawing inspiration from my own experiences and traditions, I developed a strong narrative centered on authenticity, pride, and connection. Through this lens, I created a 30-second animated commercial that brought the brand’s spirit to life, along with packaging designs for a guacamole jar and chip bag that visually reflect the energy and personality behind LA CHINGONA. This project allowed me to merge storytelling, animation, and design into one cohesive identity—proudly honoring my roots while showcasing my creative range.
